A Welcome from Kevin Donovan – Careers Lead
At Beaminster School, we take a whole school approach to our careers programme.
Exam results are important in allowing our students to access the opportunities available to them; we are also aware that we are preparing our students to be successful in the wider world.
At Beaminster School, we focus on giving our students transferable skills that employers value, and we will make them aware of the post-16 routes open to them and their future progression.
The understanding we have that our students will do best in areas they are interested in and enjoy is important in them achieving positive outcomes.
Kevin Donovan

Careers Space
We have a dedicated careers space within our library. Students can access information regarding apprenticeships, local and national colleges, university prospectuses, local employer information, volunteer information and local job opportunities.
